Description - Celeb’Silma is a Sea Elf. Her form is very slight and delicate. She has smooth silver green skin that compliments her deep emerald eyes, and light green hair. She wears a pleasant smile most of the time and appears to be filled with a sense of wonder and excitement.

History - Celeb’Silma is from a small village below the waves just south east of the mainland. Her father and great grandfather are both renowned warriors among her people. Celeb’Silma’s mother is an accomplished healer and herbalist known throughout her small community. She came to Tel’Ruid after encountering an explorer at sea who told her of the Elvish town.
