While attending to some... business... near Minoc, I happened upon a creature that met the description of the pests that have been spotted in Tel'Ruid. Thus I ventured to... track the creature back to its lair.

What I have discoverd is that these "skin stealers" do indeed have a lair, a most peculiar lair. Along a coastline near the town of Minoc, I came upon an abandoned watchtower. From its outward appearance, it is quite old. However, upon entering I discovered something most interesting. A laboratory, where these creatures have been... created.

While I shall not reveal all I know here, I do offer a bit of assistance. My current employer would be most displeased if I offered too much of my help.

I will see to it that coordinates, a map, and/or a guide find their way into the Council's hands, on a single condition. I have been seeking a laboratory of my own, to seek my way home. The laboratory in this abandoned tower is well outfitted. Upon the cleansing of the structure of its current inhabitants... I shall lay claim to the property. So long as there are no objections to this, my cooperation is guaranteed.
