Addendum to the Anatomy of a Skin Stealer

Further examination of several skin stealer corpses have revealed markings on the necks of the corpses. The marks are different on each body and did not appear to be natural in origin. After copying down the marks and spending several hours in the library searching for matching symbols I discovered their source. The script was once used as a private alphabet by a mage's council from the isle of Moonglow. The council was disbanded many years ago and the symbols have not been used by anyone since. Each skin stealer appears to be numbered for identification purposes. So far the Ostar have brought to me the bodies of 8, 9, 13, 11, and 18.
