As the darkness began to fade and her surroundings came in focus. Galethien found herself lying on the cold hard ground. Trying to sit up, the pain still racked through her body, she fell back down to the ground. Her mind foggy and thickheaded a few minutes before, honed down into clear pragmatic thoughts. It became came clear that she would need the help of the others.

Earlier Galethien had been carrying hides to the Guild House, replenishing the stock collect from the hunt the night before. After finishing the chore walked towards The Silver Arrow. Coming up on the Silver Arrow she heard a gurgling noise from the back of the building, Galethien pulled her dagger from her boot and tucked in the waistband of her skirt as she came around the corner of the building.

Coming face to face with a woman and a man, whom she had never seen before. And between them a body of a healer lay upon the ground. The sight brought back Joiwind's discovery of 12 Healer Robes this morning all laid out on the steps of the Silver Arrow.

The man and woman turned around to face Galethien. The man grinned.

"Well well, Lady Blue Canary it looks like we now have an audience." as he turned towards his partner.

Chuckling softly Lady Canary answered, " It seams that we do and the only audience by the looks of it."

The man swept off his hat and bowed, "Let me introduce ourselves. I am Eli and this is my counter part Lady Blue Canary. And you may be?"

"Galethien Elvade of The Grey Company. You must be the fiends murdering the Healers."

Galethien quickly looked the two over. The one known as Eli had not a weapon that could be seen and Lady Blue Canary a sword hung about her hips the hilt just peeking from the edge of her cloak.

"Us murdering, naye we are just helping." Eli chuckled."I am sure you are full of questions and we don't have time for all of them. Tell you what I'll give you three questions. Ask away." He folded his arms across his chest.

"Who are you and where do you come from?"

"We are just your normal friendly neighborhood Pirates. Where are we from? Anywhere and everywhere. That’s question one." Eli smiled.

"Why the murder of the Healers?"

"Why not, they are not much use to everyone. They seam to help only a select few." Eli grinned. "If they don't help our kind why should they help any kind. Last but defiantly not least we were hired by, hmm, let's say someone in exchange for gold and other easy items for the takins. Paid quite handsomely I must say wouldn't you Lady Blue Canary?"

"Aye indeed I would say that defiantly true." Lady Blue Canary nodded and chuckled.

"On to question three." He tilted his head and smiled.

"Who is this one that hired you and why?" Galethien asked quizzically

"Tish tish, that's four questions. I said only three." Eli grinned wagging his finger at Galethien. "As to whom, well that I can not reveal, per agreement of the contract of our employee. Now we must part company."

And with that a cantation that filled the air.

Galethien quickly reached for her dagger, but the pain shot through her body until the world turned into darkness and she could feel no more.
