The General Facilities are buildings that are maintained by Tel'Mithrim to primarily provide services for Tel'Ruid citizens and visitors. Visitors are encouraged to tour these locations. All are public establishments, except for Tel'Mithrim Hall which usually has at least one door unlocked.
